Aaahhh... Fall must be in the air because of all the seminars & workshops being offered locally before Thanksgiving. Check out our Upcoming Events page on the SDCIA web site. It's our longest list yet.

The notables: a free workshop on short sales next week, Bruce Norris has a couple of foreclosure bootcamps, Robert Campbell has a subscriber conference, Daniel Bruckner is doing another short sale bootcamp, John Schaub is coming to Costa Mesa & I'm putting on a beginner's calculator class. And that's not counting conferences & conventions.

You could literally spend all your free time & money attending these events. DON'T DO IT!!! Take one or two at the most & study until you own the material. Then take ACTION.

Or you could go to your local library or check out material from the SDCIA library which are far cheaper.
