My friend, Chief Denney, has special project he needs help with.

What makes it special is that ALL THE PROCEEDS of the seminar will go to Habitat for Humanity. If you're not familiar with Habitat for Humanity, it's an organization dedicated to helping people throughout the world (including the U.S.A.) build their own homes with the help of volunteers. I'm told they build houses for about $8,000! Consider that building costs in San Diego run $100 square foot and way, way up! The last time Chief did this was a couple of years ago to benefit the victims of hurricane Katrina. I'm told there will be a spokesperson from Habitat for Humanity share with people what they do and how their donation will benefit those that are in need.

Chief, with the help of Chicago Title, is putting on an a two-day real estate investing seminar on October 27-28. Chief's a pretty good instructor so you'll really learn something if you just listen to him.

However, Chief will have some help. John Hyre, a tax attorney, will educate you on asset protection, entity structure, tax mitigation, etc. John spoke @ the SDCIA a couple of years ago and gave a very good presentation as well as put on a absolutely fantastic value one-day seminar. An insurance specialist will educate you on how insurance really works, what you really need and what you can live without. It will cover the complete gamut from health, life, auto, home and investment property insurance. Ryan Auer will show you the benefits & steps necessary to a successful 1031 exchange. They're talking about adding someone to talk about using IRAs & pensions to invest in real estate. And finally, Chief & Dave Stech will teach memory enhancement skills so you'll remember what was covered!

Sounds pretty good. You can contact Chief at: chief@purposebuiltinvestments.com or 619-223-0055.

Be sure & send him birthday wishes; he just put another candle on his birthday cake.

I wish you... Invest Intelligently!!!
