I'm here with Mike Cantu, our SDCIA speaker on Tuesday, and Reggie Lal our speaker in August. It's a great class and we're learning in the class and just as importantly from the other students. The other students have a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience!

Mike Cantu is undoubtedly one of Southern California's best real estate investors, and we are thrilled that he will be our February speaker. Get ready to take rapid fire notes, as one member said "Mike delivers so much information so fast, that it's like trying to catch bullets from a machine gun!"

Mike is considered one of the BEST buyers of single family houses by Bruce Norris & Jack Miller, for example. Mike is very focused and organized with his real estate business in that he purchases up to 70 houses a year and sells most of them to investors! He buys them at auctions, from banks, from homeowners and from investors.

He, all alone, is the property manager of his portfolio of about 40 single family houses! You want ideas on how he does it, come to the SDCIA meeting on Tuesday.

Mike has a lot to offer and doesn't muddy the message with commercials. So I'm giving him one:

I've just returned from Bruce Norris' Category 5 seminar. The room was packed!!! San Diego was well represented. And Bruce, Aaron, Diana, Rhonda, Vickie, Robin & Craig all worked together to put on an EXCEPTIONAL class!

They provided us with a tremendous forum for learning and networking. We were supplied with a class binder, pen & paper & highlighter, breakfast, lunch, snacks in-between and a networking gathering the night before the event and immediately following. They absolutely achieved their goal of providing us with the best learning experience possible. No one else comes close!

I teach classes and always find it humbling to see how The Norris Group does it.

Bruce's seminar gave us the background on why we are currently in this financial crisis, the local and global ramifications and the current opportunities along with his projections... all with the supporting data that he has accumlated by reading thousands of pages of droll information.

Aaron Norris created ALL of the PowerPoint slides AND created all of the handouts. WOW (as usual)!

And finally; nobody in the crowd had a clue that Bruce's wife, Marsha, was hospitalized AND he had come to the seminar from the hospital where he was by her side from 4 AM!!! What a performance under such circumstances!
