Senate Passes Financial Reform Bill

The Senate passed their version of the Financial Reform bill on Sunday.  This bill includes the section essentially abolishing seller financing for real estate investors. Admittedly I'm critical of the bill.

Here is a very good article out of the The Atlantic magazine about the bill:
Senate Financial Reform Bill Passes

We have one more opportunity to get our voices heard as the bill goes back to the House of Representatives to reconcile the differences between the two versions.

We're back to "Kill Bill HR1728".  I admit that's not likely, so I'd settle for them to just remove the section regarding seller financing.
